Upon first meeting with Daniel and the Pebblebee team a chemistry was sparked. Not all teams value the subtlety of design or allow themselves to explore multiple design directions. From the second I stepped into their WeWork space there was something palpable. Even after being in business for a couple years they kept the scrappy entrepreneurial spirit they had from the beginning. 

Pebblebee’s flagship product FinderTM was in need of an update, Daniel and the team came to me with an open mind. Working around this size and form factor the leading design pillars became feeling and tactility. Rounding the edges to create a smoothed stone feeling and adding subtle texture to the topside was a literal play to a pebble. Throughout this project I was able to Interface directly with their manufacturing team. Working directly with the manufacturer’s ME team allowed for quick and accurate changes. This is a product I am proud to see on shelves.
